The breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious options, and the spacious, well-equipped room with a large bathroom was a definite highlight of our stay.

Everything was perfect, caring staff made our stay real good. This was our 2nd stay, they offered superior queen room with balcony- terasse. The location was perfect and magnificent, very close to the park area as well as bakeries.

Excellent location in the city, thermal pool and spa at the hotel, spacious room.

The location was marvelous and amazing, just off Baden-Baden, plenty of restaurants and sights in a nice area. We really enjoyed the convenience of the superior double room available with a large TV and balcony.

We asked a extra bed for our daughter 5 year old and in the reserbvation should be free, but was not informed that free if she sleep in the middle of parents in the same bad. Was necessary pay extra money for use a sofa-bad in the room. Really not good considering the status os this hotel. I really do not appreciated this point...

The hotel provided a lovely stay during New Year's holidays. Our room was freshly renovated and modern, with a balcony. the pool area was nice and the location was great, close to a garden and nearby park. We enjoyed having drinks at Loewenbraeu, which is conveniently located just 1 km away from the hotel.

The hotel misrepresented itself in the description - it is not an old monastry, but acutally a hotel probably built in the early 1970s, a bit worn out. I booked this because I thought it was a charming, old hotel based on the description. I was very disappointed. Also, the spa area/thermal bath was full of pool toys and noisy children-not at all relaxing. This weekend was a gift to my husband for his birthday - too bad it was so disappointing.
